A well-known brewery asked us to partner with them to bridge their primary brewery brand to their new distilling venture, while allowing the new distilling brand to stand apart. The solution was to evolve the core Heretic icon with a little bit of a wilder and edgier appearance and to integrate a collection of classic elements that give the brand an underlying tone of familiarity. Exploring their core statement, “Be different, Be a Heretic” was a driving force in this project.
